Just got some tire nuts replaced, and we had an amazing experience, they got to us right away, and charged us under $15 for the new nuts and service. Never before have I paid considerably less than I'd expected for car stuff! Great experience.

Unprofessional person I see there I didn’t note his name but he is elder person I went there to purchase the new grand highlander I have other latest model SUV’s from other companies but my father want grand highlander, this person didn’t provide me information about the grand highlander he refused and said you are not from this town I said I am living here from 4 years where should I go. he said go to GTA yours peoples are purchasing cars from there this is only for the people of this town, I have business I always provide the highest level of customer service to my customers but this person need training in customers service section and he was really rude with us that’s why I hate Toyota cars I purchased from Honda they have professional employees there, Toyota hiring racist people he showed me discrimination during asking him questions I give Toyota zero star
I can not say enough good things about the staff I dealt with. Rob and Amanda where very helpful and made our experience enjoyable from start to finish. I would recommend all my friends and family or anyone that wants to buy a new or used car to stop in here first you wont regret it. We will be using them for years to come.
Ridiculously expensive. $300 to replace a fuse and $900 to replace a starter motor. When I expressed my shock at the estimate the girl at the service desk didn't care and just said '' That's what it is" The service tech was good and explained the procedure for replacing the fuse but I don't believe that it was a two hour job. I have spoken to several mechanics about the starter motor and they said it should be less than$400 to replace because they already had the car and it would of cost me to tow it somewhere else I let them go ahead. When I picked it up I again expressed my dissatisfaction (I was not rude or belligerent in any way) with the cost and the same girl at the desk didn't even look at me or say anything. She gave me my keys and my bill and I didn't even get a thank you, have a nice day or goodbye. When I get my oil change at Trans Canada Nissan for my other vehicle, they wash my truck. When I picked up my car from Russell's the hood was covered in the mechanics hand prints Funny thing, If you post a good review they thank you and if you post a bad one they don't even answer. Probably don't even read it. I gave them one star only because you can't give them zero.
